Last painting: “Cloning”
100×167
This painting, with its strong and vivid colors, was born from the sense of revulsion experienced in recent years. Science has invested its time and money into something, in my opinion, futile and useless like cloning. We live in a world that is increasingly standardized and uniform, a world that has chosen globalization over localism, a world that experiments with artificial intelligence (accessible to anyone) instead of accepting human error, a world that prefers to spend $44,000 to clone its dog rather than accept death as part of the cycle of life.
The painted circle ⭕️ represents the world itself, which metaphorically “vomits” abominable creations.
The choice of two colors with a strong visual impact was intentional, creating a chromatic scheme in which the color yellow represents human intellect, while black desperately emphasizes universal failure.
The artwork, created over several days, suits a minimalist home where existentialism reigns, and where silence is broken by the powerful artistic noise of the painting
